“Words elicit emotions, use them wisely!”
~ James Filbird
All throughout history, in religious writings and in literature books, it has been written about how wise, powerful, mean, sweet, wicked, poisonous, attractive, tantalizing and tasty the tongue can be. It perhaps is the most dangerous part of who we are as humans. Remember to tame your tongue. It’ll make you more attractive.

So true. Sometimes an apology just isn’t good enough, as certain things can’t be unsaid. In the heat of the moment, walk away rather than say certain things.
Good point PP. I learned something long ago that really helps me tame my tongue. Next time you are angry at someone and about to begin a verbal battle — count to 10 slowly. By the time you get to 10 you will have calmed down some and won’t be so eager to lash out. If you have a real bad temper, then count to 20. LOL
Someone once said that words said in anger are like small children – they run around out of control and cause all sorts of trouble.
Yes, I agree with you Stuart. They are also like venom from a very poisonous snake and can cause much harm to those the words are intended for.
