During your busy days that are sometimes filled with stress, worry, anger, sadness, and anxiety, you should make time to occasionally read some poems and listen to music that encourages, uplifts and excites you. Neither of these actions require appointments and commitments with other people except yourself, so do yourself a favor and invest in your mental and spiritual health by reading printed words and listen to music that stimulate your soul. If Mr. Darwin needed it in his life, then you probably do too.
