Remembering what you’re dedicated to in life is vital to your success in reaching goals. We all must have something in our hearts and minds that gives us a little more patience, strength, endurance, kindness and wisdom so that we can reach the mark we have set for ourselves. Endurance comes from exercising your mind and your body. All you have to do is get up and start moving. Exercise helps you maintain your weight, it improves your cardiovascular health, strengthens the bones and increases endorphins in the body–hormones that give us energy, make us happier and help ward off stress and disease. If you don’t use the endorphins, you lose them. So, get active and you’ll find that you do better and live longer. Remind yourself of this everyday and you’ll be very glad you did.
